You’ll simply ship your old Livi Dream Hair unit in for this service. Turnaround time is 7-14 business days after I have received it, an additional 5 business days for lace replacement. Your unit will be washed, deep condition, restyled & tightened if necessary. This service will expand the longevity of your unit. Leave a note stating your units length & texture. You’ll receive an email with address information after order is placed.
